1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Minicopters.nl. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of Minicopters.nl. On request we will send you a written copy.

1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the delivery and payment conditions. Minicopters.nl reserves the right to change its delivery and / or payment conditions after the expiry of the term.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by Minicopters.nl.

1.4 Minicopters.nl guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

2.2 Within the framework of the rules of distance selling, Minicopters.nl will execute orders at least within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered is not in stock or no longer available), or there is a delay for other reasons, or an order can not be executed or only partially, the consumer will receive within 1 month after placing the order. message and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default.

2.3 The delivery obligation of Minicopters.nl will be fulfilled, subject to proof to the contrary, as soon as the goods delivered by Minicopters.nl have been offered to the customer once. For home delivery, the carrier's report, alleging refusal of acceptance, serves as full proof of the offer to deliver.

2.4 Orders remain the property of Minicopters until the customer has fulfilled all financial obligations towards Minicopters.

2.5 All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the aforementioned periods.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer makes interim price increases.

3.2 All prices on the website are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.

3.3 All prices on the site are in EURO and include 21% VAT.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1 When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer. The consumer will contact Minicopters.nl by email within the cooling-off period to report that a product is being returned. The consumer will receive an RMA number that must be stated on the envelope / package that is returned. Shipments without an RMA number will not be processed.

4.2 During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product.

If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging to Minicopters.nl.

4.3 Costs in case of withdrawal
1. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the goods are for his account.
2. If the consumer has paid an amount, Minicopters.nl will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or cancellation.

4.4 Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires immediately when actually using or flying helicopters and / or multicopters. Every scratch, dent, etc. that, according to Minicopters.nl, indicates that an attempt has been made to fly will immediately lead to the rejection of the right of withdrawal. See also point 5 (liability) of these general terms and conditions. The considered justified reason for this exclusion is the invisible damage that the product could sustain during a possible fall / crash (read fall and impact damage). Damage, which may not reveal itself until a later stage. The consumer will under no circumstances confront Minicopter.nl and / or the ultimate owner of the product with this damage.

5. Liability

5.1 Minicopters.nl is not liable for damage to helicopters, quadcopters or other objects due to the conscious and / or unconscious incorrect use of the RC products. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, the possible consequences of 'crashes'. Defects, fractures, etc. that arise as a result of piloting / landing. Before use, carefully read the instructions on the packaging, contact us by telephone or e-mail and / or consult our website.
